My husband and I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary this week. We went to San Francisco to catch a Giants game Tuesday night and then on Wednesday spent the entire day exploring.

I am so grateful that my husband's idea of celebrating our anniversary includes indulging me and my passion for "celebrating photography".

The day included a visit to Golden Gate Park where we walked around (yes my toe is better, thanks!) the Japanese Tea Garden and the San Francisco Botanical Garden.

Then we ventured over to Ocean Beach, the "Lands End" trail and the "Sutro Baths".

A visual feast of imagery was present everywhere we went. I took a ton of photos of course, but here are a few of my iPhone favorites.......................

I also shot with my Nikon and haven't had a chance to upload those to my computer yet, so there is a good chance I will share more from this trip.

For now, I am just grateful that I have so much to celebrate......................................

  1. Diane, These are gorgeous. Breathtaking. I haven;t been to San Fran for many years, before I took my photography seriously, but even then I was mesmerized by the beauty of the city. And you captured so much in just a few shots.

  2. Gosh these are just amazing Dianne. I'm so glad you made the shift in your blog's name to include photography because these i-phone shots are gems. I particularly love the 2nd shot of the lone cypress tree at the Botanical Gardens.

  3. Thank you Bo and Hannah! It was a great day and I am still going through images. There may be more share!
